Essential Oils Safe for Pregnancy
Single Oils: Bergamot, Cilantro, Coriander, Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Hawaiian Sandalwood, Helichrysum, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lime, Melaleuca, Melissa, Patchouli, Roman Chamomile, Rose, Sandalwood, White Fir, Wild Orange, Ylang Ylang

Essential Oils to be Used With Caution and Heavy Dilution.
Tropically – 1 drop to 10ml of Fractionated Coconut Oil or (2 tablespoons) ..
Aromatically – Diffused .. 1-2 drop of the following oils with another Oil of choice to help reduce the power but still reap the benefits.

Essential Oils to Avoid During Pregnancy
Single Oils: Basil, Birch, Cassia, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Thyme, Wintergreen.
- Clary Sage should only be used at the 40 week mark of pregnancy as it naturally helps bring on labour.
– Peppermint should be avoided if you are wanting to Breast feed your infant as it will naturally dry up your milk source, if used tropically.
Fennel – Can be used to help produce more milk if have found your Milk to be low in supply. Apply to the Breast with a carrier Oil .. three times a day until milk production increases.
Having Trouble Relaxing – Lavender, Lavender Peace, Frankincense, Juniper Berry and Roman Chamomile are your sleep savers within the last trimester of your pregnancy. Diffuse at your bedside 1/2 hour prior to bed to help you relax and your mind drift off to a sleep slumber.
Tired Aching Feet – Ice Blue can be applied to tired aching feet at the end of the day to help with the inflammation and swelling.
Aromatic Dressing – Give yourself that self love and care that our bodies so desperately need when we are growing and nurturing our little loved babies yet to join the world. Aromactic Dressing – Pick your favourite oils that are safe to use in your 2nd and 3rd Trimester .. Place in a little round remican dish with 20 mls of your fractioned Coconut Oil and 3-4 drops of each Oil chosen and gently rub from your feet to the top of your shoulders and breath in all of the Aromatic Properties.
