Hello Inspiring Love

Over the next couple of months I’m really excited about creating some new awesome content for you!

I will be blogging about lots more on essential oils, lox tox living for mums and their cubs, motherhood, business, balance, nurturing, empowering and more! I hope that you’ll follow along and let us know what types of content you’d like to see!

Today, I’d like to share some of my favorite rollerbottle recipes especially coming up into the cooler months now. I make rollerbottles for easy use and cost effectiveness. Remember essential oils are potent! It is better to use a small amount more frequently than a lot all at once. The recipes below are all appropriate for adult usage. For babies, it is best to dilute 1-2 drop of essential oil per tsp. These recipes are all for a 10 mL rollerbottle (about 2 tsp). Simply add your essential oils and top it all off with fractionated coconut oil.
